Description
The regulator-rectifier is responsible for converting the AC voltage from the alternator into DC voltage and keeping it stable at 13.8V regardless of the load.
Connected according to the following schematics:
It is very important to install the 22,000uF / 25V electrolytic capacitor in the DC voltage output as indicated in the diagram. The positive terminal of the capacitor is connected to the regulator output and the negative terminal to ground.
